3. Background and Foreground Location

The App may request access to your device's location while the app is in use and, where necessary, in the background (when you are performing an active delivery). Background location is used only when required to:

• Provide real-time driver location for order tracking and route optimization.
• Keep delivery status updated when the app is not on screen during active deliveries.

We will display a persistent foreground notification (for Android) while background location or foreground services are active to make the activity visible to the user. You can stop the background tracking by ending the active delivery or by logging out of the app.

4. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share data in the following limited circumstances:

• With vendors, customers, and other parties directly involved with a delivery so they can fulfill the delivery (e.g., sharing driver location with the customer for live tracking).

• To comply with law enforcement requests, court orders or to prevent fraud, illegal activity, or threats to public safety.
